Another service I offer, which has proven popular for both beginners and advanced clients is my online personal training service. This service can be utilised anywhere in the world, all you need is access to gym equipment. The programme will be 12 weeks and based on your goal. In addition to the workout programme I will also provide you with nutritional support helping you to manage calories and micro/macronutrients. Each workout will be on average 60-90 minutes and require 4 days a week physical training.


In terms of communication with the client, I will call you once a week for an hour, to discuss how you are progressing. This gives us a chance to make any changes etc to your programme and gives you the chance to feedback on your energy levels, sleep pattern, mental health and changes dietary requirements.
