I start with a detailed consultation where I talk to my client about what their goal is and what has prevented them from getting there. I set a realistic timeframe for my clients usually around 12 weeks depending on their time commitments. We focus on lifestyle choices, exercise routine and I educate my client on nutrition. My coaching style is fun and rewarding to get the best out of the client.

Unfortunately there is not a secret it is a combination of consistency and focusing closely on your intake of calories not only a fun exercise routine.

What I love most about my job is watching a client transform the way they look and feel. This can be both physically and mentally.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love to be in control of all the services I offer. I enjoy choosing how to spend my time and helping individuals change their life in multiple ways. I have worked in the fitness industry for over 10 years.
I believe I am a great coach who is experienced enough to meet the demands of almost any individual. I am adaptable and make each and every session fun and memorable. Each personal training session has a purpose to improve you. Variety is key to keep your consistency up, so I like to challenge the client to bring out the best in them. I am approachable and fun to be around and generally care about you. Most of my clients feedback is that they are learning so much whilst having fun so they generally look forward to each session.
Yes, my services include personal training online/remotely 1-2-1 or in small groups. These sessions include a exercise programme to do from home and help with your nutrition. All you need is an internet connection.
If you are choosing to have 1-2-1 or group PT at a distance I will bring hand sanitizer to each session for your hands and the exercise kit, furthermore if you wish I can wear a mask at a distance of 2m, however this is not compulsory if we are training outdoors.
