Whats included?


The studio

Personal Training sessions are where you train with me at a private studio or at the comfort of your home. If you are booking a block of PT sessions, your first meet will include a consultation for around 30 minutes with the second 30 minutes going through some of the basics of the gym equipment and starting the process.


 In addition to the personal training sessions, I will prepare a workout programme to do in your own time at your gym or at home. This is a fundamental part of your journey to keep you accountable to your goal. The exercise programme will usually consist of three additional workout days for around 60-90 minutes per workout.

Furthermore, I will explain and advise on a nutrition plan which includes monitoring calories and macronutrients via a calorie tracking app to follow in accordance to the goals set out.


 In order for your journey to be successful there needs to be a level of dedication and trust with regards to your nutrition and the training plan.


Most fitness journeys will take on average 12 weeks to see a realistic difference.
