JPF classes and times are all available to see on the timetable below, the classes take place at various locations in studio based environments. Each class has a separate focus. Please read for class descriptions and reviews.
JPF Burn
Spending as much time as possible in your optimum training zone for burning calories and fat, this session focuses on using only your bodyweight and barbells in varying styles of high intensity interval training. Expect to see side effects such as burning more calories for longer after your workout and generally feeling awesome! Great, if you are looking to shape up, trim down and seriously boost your fitness levels.
JPF Glutes
This is a class that concentrates on those glutes with hard hitting exercises that will help you get stronger, improve your posture and tone up. Whether you are looking to grow your glutes or simply firm up the wobbly bits then this is the class for you.
