The Weight warriors is a four week course, that aims to deliver a unique approach to losing weight by dividing your time weekly into a nutritional based workshop and a practical based class helping you understand how to lose and keep weight off!

The Weight warriors is managed by personal trainers and nutritionists. We have teamed with the best professionals to teach you what you need to know, you will not be weighed nor follow any system, just the concept that works which will support you for the rest of your life.

How many days a week is the course?

The course is designed for once a week for four weeks.

How is the Weight Warriors course divided?

You will spend the first part of the course with the qualified and experienced nutritionist learning about calories, what's in our food and much more! You then will be taking part in practical class to push your weight loss journey and understand the impact of how the classes can help you keep fit, burn body fat and get stronger.

What will be involved in the physical class?

The physical class is designed to help you improve on strength, cardiovascular fitness, mobility, muscular endurance. The classes will have a different format each week. There will be mixed abilities so you take it to your own level and the Personal Trainer will be there to support, encourage, motivate and give alternative exercises for participants that struggle.

Is it for all ages?

We feel we do not want to restrict the way children look at food too much, because they can develop eating disorders and further mental health issues, for this reason we set the course so you have to be at least 16+ years old to take part in the course. Also its important to recognise the group exercise element and you will doing functional movements and exercises that will challenge you but be manageable.

How is the The Weight Warriors separated with each professional?

Each session will be divided in 45 minutes with both professional, overall setting aside 90 minutes of your time to learn from the best.

What happens if I am interested in taking part in the Weight Warriors?

What will happen is each participant once paid will have a consultation before the course starts to understand the barriers they have faced and to get a better understanding on fundamentally what they want to gain from the course.

Where is the Weight Warriors course held?

What time is the course?

It will be from 6:00-7:30pm giving time for questions in between.

What happens at the end of the course?

You will be congratulated for attending all four weeks with certificates. You will then have the option to continue your progress by joining the Weight Warriors Club. This is coming into development at a later date with a separate monthly membership.

Can I bring my friends if they miss the start date?

There will be a capped amount of participants for each course for safety reasons. Once the course has started, it will be the same people for the duration of the course.

If I pay, then miss a week, can I get my money back?

Unfortunately not, we base the course on each week having fundamental learning so no refunds will be given throughout the course.

Does it matter if I've never exercised?
-
Not at all, this course is designed for anyone, all abilities, all genders. Unfortunately if you have a physical disability that prevents you from basic movements, you will be unable to enrol on the course for safety reasons.

Can I have a 1-2-1 session with the PT or Nutritonist?

The concept of the course is to be together to create a warm and friendly atmosphere and encourage each other. However if you would like additional sessions of course this can be privately arranged with the professional.

Will we be managed throughout the course aside from the in-person meets?

There will be a WhatsApp group managed by the professionals, to help each other throughout the course and there maybe a few competitions to win prizes along the way, but the main concept is that the learning element is done in-person during the duration of the course.

What happens if I am sick during the course?

We would need to see a doctors note and to see where abouts in the course you are. If you become injured or sick before week one of the course you will be offered a refund, but this is only if you cannot attend the course due to illness or injury.
