Having trained in Mental Health, and understanding more everyday about the direct correlation between mental and physical health, I now offer 1-2-1 therapy sessions, talking about how your mental health effects you on a daily basis. We look at goal setting and measures to help reduce to the barriers to help us reach our full potential. We do not discuss medication, purely talking therapy. We can organise this alongside your personal training sessions or as a separate service.
I will keep you up to date with anything I feel that will support you on your journey and check in with you to see how you are getting on with your workout progamme. Whether you are doing our online or in person training, the whatsapp service we provide will help you to keep track of everything.
Nutrition coaching forms an essential part of Personal Training. After all, exercise and a healthy diet are the perfect combination for best results. This will be done through a tracking app to support you and keep you accountable.
